The aim of this App is to have key features conveniently at your fingertips and move issues you’d call the call centre for to be submitted and progressed via the app.

Bin Collection features:

* Now you can report a missed bin collection and get an update to say whether we can come back and collect it or wait until the next collection.

* Click on a bin collection to see what can be put in it.

Report It features:

* You can now report street scene issues via the app. Main reporting categories are available and remaining categories will be added as soon as our operational teams can come on-board this service. We hope this new service makes it convenient for you to report issues and keep track of updates.
